Program Description

PRIVATE LESSONS: Obtain comprehensive training in authentic Mexican music through classical techniques and strategies, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the cultural experience while learning real-world music skills. Trimester ends December 19th. Guitar: Develop guitar skills through personalized instruction tailored to your experience and goals. Students will work on technique, music reading, chords, rhythm, repertoire, and musicianship while building confidence and becoming well-rounded guitarists. Lessons are available for beginning through advanced students. Violin: Build violin skills through personalized instruction tailored to your experience and goals. Students will develop proper technique, music reading, rhythm, tone, and repertoire while building confidence and musicianship. Lessons are available for beginning through advanced students. Piano: Develop piano skills through personalized instruction designed to meet each student’s experience and goals. Students will learn proper technique, music reading, rhythm, chords, repertoire, and musical expression while building confidence and a strong foundation in musicianship. Lessons are available for beginning through advanced students. Trumpet: Build trumpet skills through personalized instruction tailored to your experience and goals. Students will develop proper technique, breath control, tone, music reading, rhythm, and repertoire while building confidence and musicianship. Lessons are available for beginning through advanced students. Mariachi Instruments: Vihuela & Guitarrón: Learn the essential instruments that provide the rhythm and harmony of mariachi. Students will develop proper technique, strumming patterns, chord progressions, and traditional mariachi repertoire. Lessons are available for beginning through advanced students. Students must provide their own mariachi instruments. Weekly 30-minute lessons are scheduled and determined by availability between instructors and students.
