The vendor participation fee is $50.00 for the entire day and can be paid by credit card or check.

• Please makes checks payable to El Ballet Folklorico Estudiantil and mail to 5211 E Carpenter Rd, Flint Michigan 48506.

• Checks must be received by October 17th for your vendor submission to be accepted.

Your vendor registration includes:

• One approximately 8-foot vendor table

• Chairs for your display area

• Access to festival participants, educators, families, and audience members throughout the day

• Recognition as an official festival vendor

We welcome vendors offering:

• Musical instruments and accessories

• Sheet music and educational materials

• Arts and cultural merchandise

• Music technology and equipment

• Community arts organizations and educational programs

• Other products and services relevant to musicians and music educators

Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
